Important links and information
Boxes have been placed in the hallway by the school office and in the school cafeteria for donations to be dropped off for the Fair. Please be sure to label your donations for the proper location. We are in need of the following items for our Fair:
House of Sweets: Salted and unsalted butter, chocolate chips semi-sweet, white chips, butterscotch chips, sweetened coconut, almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, marshmallow fluff, sweetened condensed milk, chex cereal, decorative tins, boxes, or holiday bags. We will also need parents and parishioners to donate fudge at the November Muffin Morning. Date to be announced.
Bakery: 1 gallon Ziploc bags, sandwich bags (not zip up); plastic Hannaford and Shaw's bags.
Stitchery: Cotton fabric, fleece material, handmade stitchery items such as placemats, aprons, scarves, pot holders. We are also looking for stitchers to make handmade items. We have material and patterns available or you can be creative! If you are willing to make something or would like to receive material or patterns to make an item, please contact Susan Bovie at 622-1267.
Silent Auction: Your donations to the Silent Auction have been very generous in the past and we are asking for your help again this year. If you or your business has an item or service you would be willing to donate, please leave it at the school office. If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Willette at 872-7467.
White Elephant: Anyone that has any items to donate to the White Elephant may drop them off at the back door near the Grotto. Check in with the office at 872-7115 so they can open the door for you. Donations accepted until November 16. Call Linda Dart at 872-2595 for more information. Please no school textbooks or clothing; however, gently used children's clothing is being accepted for our 'Second Time Around Kids' Boutique' room.
Christmas Wreaths: We will be purchasing our wreaths from Central Maine Wreath Company this year. We will need people willing to volunteer to decorate them. Wreath decorating days will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
